Printing Two Sided

I am NOT a happy camper with this printer. I'm so sorry that I bought it. It won't print half the time when I'm trying to print two sided. I discovered that the tray that comes with this printer doesn't have a tab to secure the paper. I'm thinking the problem lies with the paper being too loose. I'm just not happy with this printer.
