[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Paper tray is more difficult to access and flimsier than earlier HP printers I have owned, such as HP 6600 and 6978. Scan to Computer not as easy to use from the scanner; I have to go to the computer and use HP Smart.

Very flimsy--No comparison with Office Jet 8720

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using HP printers for more than 20 years and have always found them reliable and solid machines. However I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this printer. It is nowhere near as solid as previous versions and it HAS NO USB PORT!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never received the voucher. Could not test all features because my Vista machine doesn't talk to the printer. I misread the spec. thought that I could. So I am attempting to check new printer with my latest HP Pavilion.
