[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third HP printer that I have bought. Also bought one for my office six months ago. They have all been fabulous machines. I would not buy any other printer. I did send back the unopen cartridges from my previous HP printer. I received back one black ink printer cartridge but never received any color ones even though I sent back a bunch of them.

My problem is the "Instant Ink" program which HAD to be accepted in order to finish printer installation. It was never made clear that participation was mandatory and I feel that I have been forced into joining if I want to use my new printer.
