You are charged by the page per month. You can roll over the unsused page the next month depending on the plan you choose

I have to remove the outfeed tray to pull it out. It doesn’t handle glossy (HP branded) paper and constantly asks to refill it. The print quality is great and it’s fast even at full resolution. I expected more out of HP.

I just looked at your printer’s main user manual, and it appears that it should be able to handle glossy photo paper. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal.
