Jams!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially the printer was hard to set up. That situation is livable but then the paper jams started and continued regularly. The jams caused multi page documents to get mixed up requiring multiple printings of some papers.

Constant Paper Jam

It’s the chinsiest printer I’ve ever seen and purchased. The ink cartridges are difficult to open and I spilled ink all over my hands. Consider myself very tech-savvy and just needed a basic printer for the office. And after startup, you’re required to download an app to your phone (so HP can collect my data from you), unless you hit some confusing steps to skirt around it.
