Guess I need to contact support to get this straightened out. Finally, colors are not as vibrant as I'd hoped, but might be the cheap paper I'm using. Haven't tried a photo yet. Did not need the fax, but had to get it anyway.

I love all the features of this printer, including the 2-sided printing, scanning, fax functions, color printing, large black ink cartridge, replacement ink program, etc., etc.. A great product -- it does pretty much everything except cook breakfast. Thanks HP!
