[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The automatic feeder is hard to place and the paper tray is more difficult to use envelopes. However, otherwise I am happy with it. I do wish it would flip the papers being copied/scanned so I would not have to manually copy the two-sided documents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought to replace my 8610 that had a head failure. This was definitely not an upgrade. The written instructions were among the worst I have seen although the installation App went well. The paper tray is flimsy, prone to jamming and a pain to adjust for different paper size. Plus the lip is too short, paper falls on the floor. When I replaced the start-up ink with regular ink, I got lots of streaking Also had a squeak in the carriage. All my other HP equipment works much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! My previous printer had issues with the paper feed and I got this printer specifically for that reason! Easy setup. The software that goes with it is also easy to use. I love the top load feeder so I can put a multi-page document in it to be scanned and don't have to scan one page at a time! With the software I can also change the order of the scanned pages before I save it and if the entire document or a single page ends up getting scanned upside down it can be rotated before saving as well so you don't have to re-scan the page. Very convenient! All around this is much better than expected!
