[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After approx. 8 years, my HP printer broke down. I purchased a new one, but I was not looking forward to installation. It was ALWAYS quite difficult, especially with Apple computers. Most everything is set for PCs, so thought it would take hours to install, make phone calls to HP for help, etc. But no...INSTALLATION WENT PERFECTLY AND TOOK ONLY A COUPLE MINUTES! I WAS SO IMPRESSED! Thank you HP! I have been only with HP for a printer since I got my first computer about 30 years ago. Installation, communication, etc. was ALWAYS so difficult the first 10-20 years, but things have been so much better the last 5-10 years! Thank you!
