[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love almost everything about this printer. But several of it’s advertised features are missing. I called support, and they said that firmware updates will eventually add the missing features, like Scan to Email (a feature that i expected, and miss since it is not there yet). If the printer is not feature complete, it shouldn’t be available yet. Bad move HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The printing features on it are amazing! There are many features on this printer that I didn't have on my old one. When I copied something from it for the first time, the copy just zoomed out of the printer like lightening! It is also very quiet! Unlike my old printer, I can make copies of documents on legal size paper if need be. A great value at a great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I almost gave up on HP printers. Too many problems and printer disconnects. Thanks to phone support I was able to hold on.
I now have a new printer, I hope it works better and upgrades on its own as MS upgrades too.
Too many printer choices and different inks. Standardize ink and be less wasteful. Also offer an environmental disposal of old printers.

Also, panel that one opens to replace ink cartridges gets scraped by ones wrist and opens when scanner is used.
