[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer recently and love it. I do watercolor paintings and recently decided to print one of my pictures. The colors were amazing and the printer picked up the smaller details if my painting. Love it.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e REVIEW
on December 8, 2022

Printer set-up was easy using the HP app for the cell phone. The HP+ set-up was easy. The printer has wireless and ethernet connectivity. The auto-document-feeder works great for scanning. The printer has a USB input on the left side near the front. It prints on standard size envelopes, as well as customize size up to 8.5x11. The color LCD is easy to read and displays the date and time.

Finally! Mobile Printing That Works!
on June 14, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It used to be difficult to print from a mobile device, but no longer! Even with so-called "connected" wifi printers, there always seemed to be glitches. I`m happy to report that I`ve not experienced any thus far!Setup was mostly easy. Did encounter a bit of a challenge with the app, giving me a setup error initially, though connection was actually completed. Nothing major, just a bit of a niggle. If the setup seems to hang, give it a few minutes, close the app and come back in. If it works like it did for me, you`ll already be connected. Should note that I`m using a Blackberry mobile (the most recent, on Android) with the Android app. Shouldn`t have caused the issue, but as with anything not produced by Google using Android - YMMV.Very quick to print, with no discernible difference between laptop or mobile device. Would like a bit more sturdy feel to the paper tray - I`m a little afraid it will break when I pull it out. Have never experienced that from HP in the past. Also felt like I had to put more pressure on the lid to access the print jets than I`d prefer. Both of these items are fairly inconsequential in regular use as they`re not every-day items, but worth noting if you are a heavier user. Would love to have the ability to send from mobile device to print when not on same wifi, in other words, print an article while at work to your home device. Wishlist item!Truly, the above are small in the scope of the convenience of the technology. Very flexible little printer. The convenience of the mobile printing and automatic ink replacements make me a happy camper.

I just powered it on and right of the bat it displays feeder jam. There's no paper, just starting setup. Right hinge on cover does not latch, too.

HP OfficeJer Pro 8035 - solid!
on June 13, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for an unbiased opinion. The product: came well packaged as expected for this brand. Set up was straightforward with only one gotcha` throughout the process. Because the paper tray can hold multiple sizes, there is a drawer catch. If it`s not released, the drawer will not go back in! I figured this out by looking at the bottom of the drawer itself. To help you, on the left side of the drawer (when pulled out to load letter paper), there is a grey square.` Pull toward you as you push the drawer in. If you have released the catch, you will hear/feel it and the drawer will slide smoothly!Features: there were a lot of nice features with the printer. These features allowed 1 touch operation once configured. Scan to email - you are required to set up a pin with this; however, if you are the only user, you can default the option. Anyone that uses the feature will use your configuration. Adding files to thumb drives - very straight-forward using the touch screen. Printing from the thumb drive works in similar fashion, but only works for photo files. Printing from iPhone/iPad - select the printer and print! Very easy!A set of features I spent a fair amount of time on was the HP Smart App features. Within the app, you can configure smart tasks such as how to print something (color, duplex, etc), emailing options, and save to behavior (Dropbox, Google, etc + file type). Once your smart task is created, you can take a picture, select from your camera, or from the scanner and it will take it from there! Also in the app are links to printing documents from some of the most popular cloud locations, scan options, ink level check, and of course, link for help!Another feature discussed highlighted was a self-healing` WiFi connection. I had zero connection issues during my review of the product. I did see the screen flash at one point that it was indeed reconnecting so I got to see it at work! No more reboot! Finally how did it print? I printed a variety of items, documents, photos, etc. Document quality was good - crisp prints, good color coverage. The photos I printed also looked good; however, I did not have photo paper to test with. This is an office printer so I would be hesitant to use it as my photo printer. I feel it would do a good job for presentations and such. Overall this was a solid printer with some great features. I would give this one a look if you`re in the market for a good quality printer or need something for a small business.

Very slow printing and very temperamental. We have owned HP All-in-One printers for decades. This model has been a huge disappointment to us. Never could get the head to align. Spend the money and get a better model than this 8025e. We waited too long to return it. Otherwise, we would have.

Hi there.

I’m sorry to learn that you’ve encountered such trouble with your printer. It’s no surprise that you’re exasperated here, considering you’ve endured slow printing speed and a printhead that won’t properly align. I want to help you resolve this situation, so I’ll provide a resource and some information I hope you’ll use to reach that end.

I can’t tell from your review what’s causing the problems you describe. I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
- hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:
- support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has not performed well. I can certainly understand why frequent paper jams and a paper-feeding system that doesn’t work properly would be quite a disappointment. I want to help you remedy these issues. I hope the resources below will guide you there.

I can’t tell from your review whether the jams occur inside the device or at the document feeder. If it’s the former, I recommend going through the steps to clearing and avoiding paper jams that you’ll find in this troubleshooting guide on our support site:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06262856

If it’s the latter, I suggest you follow the steps in a guide on our support site to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up paper at all. Find that guide here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01728503

If any problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find a solution. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
