I like the HP Cloud features of the 8025 series and how it updates automatically. The 8025 emits a nerve racking squeak both in normal and regular print mode. There are lots of good things about the 8025e. I just would buy a more expensive model next time. It may be time for me to go laser.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer’s ink cartridges have run out so quickly. I understand why that would be an unwelcome surprise and also lead to your inquiry about the ink and extended warranty offer. With that in mind, I’ll provide some clarifying information as well as some resources that I hope will help you get what you need.
First, I can’t say what happened with the ink supply in your case, but some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less yet than ones in our Instant Ink program.
I can’t tell from your review whether you signed up for the HP+ free ink and extra year of warranty but have not received your first set of replacement cartridges yet, or you would like to sign up for those HP+ benefits now. Regardless, I recommend that you contact us directly at 1-800-762-3485 to speak with a live HP+ support expert to help you assess the situation and find a solution. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer meets almost all of my expectations so far. I do have an issue when filling the paper tray. You need to push two buttons with two hands to get the paper rack cover off. That is awkward for me. Otherwise, you can slide the paper tray out. When doing this, the plastic parts stick together and cause delays.

So the worst part about this printer is it’s paper tray. It doesn’t pull out or slide in smoothly. If your often changing paper types or sizes this becomes very frustrating. I’ll be removing the tray soon to sand down all its edges and coat it with graphite to see if this helps.

The printer works great. Unfortunately, instructions are extremely vague if the printer is to be connected via a USB connection to the computer. All guidance is limited to a Wifi connection.

No connection issues. The ADF is a favorite feature, as I work from home and scanning multiple page documents is a breeze now. I love the auto shop service for ink. I feel I am always able and prepared to print with this printer. My old printer was constantly disconnecting, jammed, or out of ink.
