High quality & Ease of use

Excellent quality printing, whether as a copier or from my tablet/phone. Scan to email & fax also came out well. Paper feed from tray or up top works well. Generally easy to use, but not completely intuitive— even when I just replaced a similar hp machine. Quick setup sheet comes with it, but no info to find a detailed manual online. Not sure what the print quality differences are between options, but all good so far. Terrific value for home use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

IF you have an existing instant ink service the printer set up will not give you a choice on whether to replace your printer or add your printer. Generally the printer works good.

I have had nothing but trouble with this printer since the day I brought it home. The directions to hook up looked so simple but it finally took my IT person and hour and a half to hook it up and it still doesn't work right. The only way I can get anything to print is to go to Troubleshooting. I wish I had my old HP 6700 back!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
