The printer is working great and I'm surprised at how quickly it prints. Instructions for set up were confusing even on the sites I was instructed to go to. It is still not clear to me how I completed the set up but the printer is working .

Delivery was reasonably quick under todays circumstances. Haven't put the printer to much use but it certainly seems to work well. The best thing is the amount of support available. You are provided with software to make it not only easy to use it's various capabilities, but has the ability to troubleshoot a problem it one should present itself. I really like that.

The printer is operating well so far. However, it was far too difficult to set up. I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with HP support to finally get it working. It's also ridiculous that there doesn't seem to be a user manual for this printer.

I'm still trying to learn the ins and outs of my new printer. Two problems I have at the present time is that, for some reason, I'm unable to remove my older printer -- the 8610 -- from the programs in my computer and install the new printer in the programs. Maybe this process has changed in the intervening 5 years due to improvements. But it seems to me that I ought to be at least able to remove my old 8610 from my computers programs.
Another problem I have, at the moment, is that my black ink cartridge has become depleted in a relatively short time and I'm awaiting the arrival of my "Instant Ink" so that I can continue copying. Printing now is sporadic on the page even though there appears to be some ink left in the cartridge.
