This unit was up and working minutes out of the box. My previous printer finally gave up. 13yrs. old and with the new unit i hope it will last as long.. I can even use my phone to get things printed. Wonderful. ConS: the touch screen is a little small.

I thought the set up process was not ez because the instructions were not clear, also removing the protective plastic caps was ridiculously difficult. Diagrams were not clear. The printer did not come with a simple parts diagram. For example I was not sure where to load paper. I am used to assembling all sorts of products in my 75 yrs. What happened to a parts manual.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
