Have had it set up for about a week. Quite a bit of difficulty getting it to work - had to reboot twice. Harder to load new paper than my prior HP printer. The prior quit printing color after about 4 years and HP tech help was unable to solve the problem. The new one now seems to be working OK, but today the carriage is squeaking when it runs all the way to the left to start printing. Has several features that I will probably never use. Time will tell.

(Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. It takes about 60 seconds for the printer to warm up and actually print something. Even more time is required when the printer is restarted.
A paper jam occurred on my 3rd print. I cleared the jam and then an error message appeared saying there was no paper in the tray. There was clearly paper in the tray and the paper was properly positioned. I tried restarting the printer, troubleshooting online, and to no avail. It looked like it wasn't communicating with my computer or something. I gave up and came back an hour later and the print job miraculously completed while I was gone. Very odd.
I just "upgraded" from an old HP printer that came with a laptop I purchased about 15 years ago. That old printer worked better and was more reliable. I'm hoping the kinks will be worked out with this new printer in future prints.
