We already owned a HP 8020 series printed that as worked great. When the time came to replace our HP 8600 printer we didn't have any trouble going for a HP 8030 series. Especially like the idea that both printers use the same HP ink.

I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Setup and connecting to laptops was easy. Printing one sided, two sided, and copying was simple using the touch screen on the printer. Again, plug in the phone line and follow the on screen instructions to setup the fax option. also you get to choose color or black printing on all jobs. The printer also has various power savings settings. Its also fairly quiet.
