Just received it. Needed an AIO for home office. The scanner is the most used tool. Flatbed or feeder seamless so far. Coming from a laser; the speeds are slower(expected) but the color output makes up for it. The WIFI set up was quick and all of my machines found it. New to the HP app, but so far been able to work it.

I have always chosen hp printers for theIt reliability and quality, I purchased my printer 3 weeks ago and it was easy to set up, I took advantage of the ink replacement feature, it doesn’t send ink and bill me every month, it sends It only when the system says I need it. the model I purchased has some nice features, I am very happy with my model decision.

I bought this less than a month ago, but had not used it for scanning until recently. I scan a lot. First, because it would not do two sided scanning, the driver had to be updated, which took about 1 1/2 hours on the phone with your tech support to get it right. Second, the scanning dialogue box is practically illegible, because it is so small. It is 1/4 the size of the one for the OfficeJet Pro 6968 that I had before. No one seems to know how to fix that, and you want a fee just to look at it. Since they cannot say even if they can fix it, any fee would be wasted, since I doubt they know how. If you do a search on the internet for this problem, you will find that it is a common one. Your tech who write your drivers must therefore be incapable of updating them to modify (i.e., enlarge) the dialogue box. Very unsatisfactory in that regard, but also in the ability of your tech team to fix it, or in fact, even try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
