Right now I have been having a very difficult time finding any printers that fit my needs available anywhere and I found this met my needs closer than anything else I could find. I have been an HP PC user fro several tears but this is my first experience with an HP printer. It does a very good job printing but I'm concerned about its long term durability. The construction seems very flimsy compared to the former printers I've used for several years.

I like a lot of the features on this printer. I really like the color home screen on the device itself. It was easy to install and relatively easy to use. It prints pretty quickly. It does, however, sometimes go offline just like my older HP printer does. For this one, I just have to power it off then back on and it goes back online but I can't really understand why this happens at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently purchased this printer but I did have a very difficult time installing it as every time I would click on the printer icon on the desktop, it would restart the install software again rather than the printer software. this went on for days.
