I bought this printer to replace another HP Office Jet printer and I was very disappointed. It was easy to set up and connect to the network, I could print right away. However, the fact that there is no paper guide, made the printer grab multiple pieces of paper each time it printed. There was no way to fix it. I looked for help online and basically there is no fix. I knew this would drive me bonkers in the daily use so I sent it back and got a different model. That model ended up getting sent back to! HP you need to up your game. You are not making good quality working printers like you used to. I won't be buying any more HP. It's a bummer because I used to be a big fan.

Although I managed to get it set up it was not as easy as the instructions said it would be, I am not sure about the ink cartridges, they are much smaller than the ones in the HP 8600 I have, which I still intend to use.
