It seems all but an impossibility to create a plug and play printer in the 21st century. We’ve got one computer and 1 phone to work, and one WEEK later we’re still struggling with a second laptop and phone.

I can’t tell from your review why your printer will not properly connect, so I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

Easy to set up... although trying to follow the multitude of directions, hints, offered programs, and subtle semi-directions was time consuming, frustrating, and overkill. The simple, quick setup is all that is needed for basic high-quality productivity. Price is average sale... could have searched for a better deal.

I bought this because I my old printer stopped working. This was the option offered to me when the tech service customer support tried to help me repair my old printer. Although I am sad my old printer died, which was also an HP Printer, I was provided with excellent customer service support with the purchase of this new one. The print quality is not as good as my last printer but my new printer is still very good for home and small business use. The instant ink program makes this printer a great buy!
