Adding my router to my new printer was a challenge for me, but when I called Customer Service, Joe was able to add my modem and switch my new printer to my existing Instant Ink Account. He also set up the icon on my computer so I could easily check my ink supply.

Going on your site to install the printer was not as easy as HP makes it out to be. Finally got the unit to print, but still can’t get the unit to scan back to the computer.
Talking to your tech services is not always an easy proposition. While great intentions not always easy to understand.

I replaced an HP6700…this new printer is faster, more compact, has the same features as the old one and was easy to set up with the help of HPService. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs to replace a printer. My only issue was installing the print cartridges, but did figure it out.

My old HP all in one lasted a long time. I decided to buy the 8025e and have been very happy with it. At first it seemed a little more lightweight than the one i had but then again, it was $100 less. After a couple of weeks using it, i'm loving it. The scanning function and copy function sound not as "solid" as my old one but it is working great. Even printed some nice photos on photo paper that looked great. Very happy with purchase

This 8025e replaces a 5252 the served well, with some quirks, for 7 years. Difficult set up, but once squared away, it's a good multi purpose device.
