I bought this printer to replace my old brother all-in-one machine and I was not disappointed! It’s beautiful and a lovely addition to my home office. It is also very fast. I love having the ink automatically delivered to me. It seemed the ink would always run out at the exact moment it was needed with my other printer. So having ink on hand as an auto-delivered product is extremely helpful!!

The printer is nice. But the ink it came with ran out quickly. And, although we registered for the ink service when I took the printer out of the box, it’s been two weeks and we’re still waiting for it to arrive. So far, not a great endorsement for the “instant” ink service.

I can’t tell why your shipment has not arrived yet, so I recommend that you contact our Instant Ink program via virtual or phone agent so we can help you assess and resolve the situation. This printer is fairly large and heavy, but it gets the job done efficiently. The touch screen in incredibly responsive. I personally enjoyed how the screen provided videos to watch during the setup process. I will say, it did take close to an hour to finalize the setup between the printer and my HP account. However, now that it is complete, everything runs smoothly.

I've owned a officejet pro 8025 for over a week now and am somewhat disappointed with my short experience thus far. I have printed out lengthy assignments with multiple pages added at the end of the print job as well as multiple blank pages throughout the document. I've never had a printer do this to me before so I'm unsure if it's a user error or the printers mistakes but wasted ink, paper, and time aren't my favorite things in the world. Especially when I bought this printer with the idea that I would'nt have to worry about much according to the ease of use reviews I read prior to purchasing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
