It sounds like maybe you spoke with a sales person who recommended the OfficeJet Pro 8035 but you’re not satisfied with it. Regardless, I’ll try to offer some helpful suggestions.

After working from home for 5 months with no way to print, I decided to try this All-in-One. It has a great scanning feature, and the prints/copies are perfect. Haven't had a personal printer in MANY years. So far, I am VERY pleased with this one.

I've only had this printer a few days but like it so far. I had to search for a Youtube video for detailed setup instructions. Found an excellent 16 minute video. Manufacturers no longer include adequate operating guides, although I found HP's instructions online. The scanning function is not so good - my old prtr scan function was better.

Just installed it today, wanted to install with Ethernet, and instructions were not really clear. I have used HP printers for many years, and each one I purchase seems to be made a little cheaper. The printer itself seems to be good quality, but the paper tray seems to be more flimsy. The print quality is very good.

So far so good.... the quality of prints is wonderful, the app is super easy to use and helpful.... my favorite is “instant ink”. The printer actually signals when we need to order more ink, instead of getting trapped in a month-to-month.
