We purchased 9 printers for our office. Our printing is just average everyday printing.
The printers are very nice but really do go thru alot of ink. The downloadable app is ok, but you just cannot personalize it like you could with the older printers software. Overall it is a good Printer and we will purchase another if needed in our office. HP is the only desk printers that we will buy. They are very dependable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Next – and I’ll apologize again for the inconvenience – but as is stated in the product description of this printer, no USB cable is included. We no longer include USB cables in many of our printers because the printers connect wirelessly. I was totally frustrated with instruction or lack of instruction available to me. I had to go online. I spent 3.5 hours setting up the printer. First the instructions said to remove the white plastic cover out of the cartridge area. Well I did not have one. Installed the cartridges and kept getting error messages. Kept telling me to remove the cartidges and replace. No one told me that you had to have the top cover closed in order to open the door. Spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to open the drawer. After replacing the cartridges I still got errors. Took a flashlight and guess what I found on the bottom of the printer --- the white plastic cover for cartridges plus a piece of cardboard. I was upset at first because I had purchased cartridge's back in March and had to throw them out because my printer had a printer head problem and had to buy this new printer. I think it would have been nice to let people know how to install and what could happen I set the printer up on July 25 and am already out of cartidges. How long should they last. My old ones lasted a long time. Would be nice if you sent me some cartidges for all the trouble I went through. than you
