I purchased the 8025 as I moved and needed a new printer. It was reasonably easy to get installed. My complaint is the paper try does not slide as smoothly as my previous printer. Also the cover for the printer paper is not very well made. Trying to pull the slide out with the flap to prevent pages from falling on the ground is difficult to operate. If I did not need get busy printing I would have returned this printer. Very Sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since I bought this about three months ago, I've had no troubles. I was able to connect it pretty easily & have been able to print & scan without errors. No ink troubles either; pages print clean & crisp. Feels like a good purchase thus far. Thanks!

So far it seems to work from our phones, iPads, and laptops/desktop computers. It seems flimsier then the 8500 or 8610 series. Print jobs are clear and precise. One thing I noticed missing was the flash drive port on the front. It will make scanning to a flash drive not as easy.

Haven't had a chance to use all the features on it yet , but from what I have use its Great. I had to replace my 8610 which was alot bigger than this one . I am so far very satisfied with it.

Install was wonky with “ink initializing” taking an hour and needing reboot. Paper tray is lower quality could break and jam, jammed in first use. Scan good!
