Was nothing wrong with my other HP Printer I had but because it was brought in 2014 HP felt it was necessary for me to by this one. Don't like the color. Works the same as my last printer nothing special. Printed 25 pages with the ink that was sent with computer and its running out already. Does it do what it says Yes don't loon for longevity.

This was a replacement for a 7 year old Office Jet and arrived on time. They even promised a couple ink cartridges since we had just installed new ones on the old printer thinking that was the problem. Set up was easy - hope the promised ink arrives soon!

I like the HP Smart print. I like the easy connection to wireless to my Laptop. Print quality is very goo. However- I don't like the difficulty of the paper tray. It is hard to slide out, put paper in, and slide back into the printer. The Size adjustments don't work well. I am considering returning this Printer because the tray is very frustrating.
