The printer is nice but not as good as my old printer it was a HP 8620 I loved that printer. It was built solid. This printer I have to be careful loading paper because the tray is built very cheaply.

Paper drawer is a bit flimsy, had a lot of trouble getting it to feed 1 page at a time.

Since I have only had this new printer for about one week, it has had limited use. However, one thing is very evident and that is the quality of the material used in manufacturing this machine is not up to HP quality. I am specifically addressing the paper carriage and the printed paper extendure. I should also tell you that your representative was absolutely terrific. She knew the product and worked tirelessly with me to help fix my old HP printer and in the setup of my new computer.
