I bought this item less than 3 weeks ago for me to complete my work at home tasks. I upgraded from the HP printer that I currently had but didn't have the features that I need. Been very happy overall with this 3-in-1 printer. HP Support recommended it based on the criteria I gave them. It more than meets my needs, including being not too expensive. (Although I don't do any high volume printing, I've noticed the receiving area seems to be pretty shallow. Nothing has ever jammed, but I do keep an eye on the page accumulation.)

I bought this printer to replace another HP that quit working. I had a very difficult time setting it up. The only instructions were some pictures which were inadequate and confusing. I spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support getting it set up. The printer works very well, but I almost sent it back because of the poor instructions!
