[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer a week ago. The black print head on my old HP printer stopped working, and you cannot replace the print heads on HP printers. I like the fact that I can scan multiple documents all at once, my old HP that I bought in the 2010’s could only scan one at a time. So far the print quality is good, it connected to my WiFi and I can print from my phone which is a nice feature. There is also a customizable email feature which I have yet to try out. I believe you can email files to the printer, and then print out those email files from the printer.

I think I may have an issue with the tray in that ink may have ran and stained down the middle and now shows a streak... It got in the way of a few copies ... Only time will tell. Besides that, I'm a fan and throughly appreciate the tool. Would/will recommend.
