I must share with you that your products are reasonably and scientifically good for virtually any customer. I also must admonish you by reason of the terribly frustrating requirements you place before us. You require 'pins, 'buttons', and whatever other novelties you flaunt that truly drive some of us customers insane. You frustrate the daylights out of us, and I--for one--do NOT appreciate it. In the name of common sense, why in the sam hill don't you JUST KEEP IT SIMPLE? It's no fun whatsoever to pay your expensive prices, only to be driven crazy with all your little 'mouse traps' that may or may not--FINALLY--allow the use of that expensive product of yours. If I ever have pride in your products, it will certainly NOT be because of all your gadgetry through which one must go in order to even print the first document. I dare you to give me one sensible reason for all your nonsense that you impose on your customers. In summation, your products MIGHT deserve commendation. Your gadgetry, frustrating novelties of getting to finally print, as all customers seek to do, deserve to be mercifully eliminated--never to be imagined again.

Ink out of the box did not print true colors, and colors were streaked. Replacement cartridges fixed the color fidelity, but not the streaking. A half-hour on the phone with tech support did not fix the issue
