[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I just received this printer and haven't really used it yet, but compared to my last HP printer I think it would be a good upgrade. Installing the printer was actually easier than I was anticipating and the setup instructions that came with it were easy to follow. In a future review I will defiantly either recommended or not; at this time I am still in the process of evaluating it.

Printer only worked for approximately 2 weeks. Screen on front of printer will no longer come on at all. I have been unable to reach anyone at hp customer service for help. Very disappointed.

One problem that I have not solved is: How to copy photos from my camera thru the printer to my computer for storage? I had no problem with my older printer. I am pleased with it but still have the problem listed above.

It is a nice printer and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. My only disappointment is that the size of the cartridges are quite small compared to those used in my HP 8600. I do not understand why HP makes so many different cartridges.
