[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced our 7 year old All-In-One, which was terrific. This new model is much quieter. However, I takes about 40 seconds to produce the first page, and It takes longer to produce multiple color pages. I produce 60 to 100 page docs, so this is a little disappointing. Perhaps an HP Tech can help speed it up. But, it is very sleek looking and helpful office tool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because my previous HP printer Cyan color would not work. The service rep was very good and I decided to purchase the 8025 while I was working with him. The printer has all the features that my previous printer had, copy, fax, scan and network capability. The set up was easy and I was able to continue using the instant ink contract that I had with the previous printer. It workd find but it does squick at the end of the printing cycle. I hope that won't me a problem and maybe be be eliminated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it Jams paper a lot, and opening the cover to get the jamed papers out is not user friendly, you have to guess where to push what to do at the beginning, even after the video on its screen. And the material feels cheap, not like my earlier printer OfficeJet 8600. so far not too happy, I hope my feelings will change later on
