[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set-up instructions not thorough enough. A few pictures are good enough only when things go smoothly, When they don't we need detailed written guidelines. A printed users manual would also be nice to receive with the purchase of the printer.
That being said, after one week, the printer is working OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am relatively happy with my Printer, and I've been using it about 3 weeks. The print quality is excellent as expected, and all functions are working. Print time is quick, copy quality excellent. I am also an instant ink user. The printer is connected to ethernet since my router is located nearby. However, there are a couple of annoyances: small "squeak" that is emanating from the paper feed mechanism, and the display is always on--it is set to go to "sleep" after 5 minutes of non-use, but it doesn't seem to do that. (The display did go out after 5 minutes of non use when I first set it up). I have not yet contacted support for assistance.
