It took several days to arrive and was an unattractive gray color, not black. Am disappointed in the cartridge tray and old school cartridges. Not particularly sturdy. Miss my old one. Yes, black.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of research comparing printers, a big selling point was InstaInk. The printer itself is nicely designed. I hope it lasts longer than my previous HP printer which I bought in 2013. I am used to HP quality from years ago...the laserjet I bought in the early 90s lasted 15 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found it like the one purchase just a year ago but am really disappointed that the old one only lasted 13 months and was just one month out of warranty. I am having trouble getting it to scan to the computer and print from others using the printers email address. The other features work well. I do like the message board that tilts. It makes it easier to sea.

I'm really happy with this printer that replaced an old HP Officejet. I've been using it for a couple months and it prints quickly with beautiful results. No issues. I love the software and the ability to print from my iPhone. Wireless works well at home. I did a lot of research and I'm glad I spent the time to choose this one.
