[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shipping and service were great. The printer arrived in perfect condition. Price was decent and I was mostly pleased with the smaller footprint on my desk. It doesn't hold nearly as much paper as my previous printer, and I was disappointed that the refund program was not in effect, since my old 8600 was a great performer. The paper tray doesn't come far enough out to catch the paper being printed, which isn't a deal killer, but is annoying and strange. I print quite a bit for a home user since I work from home, so it's a bit smaller than I should might need.
I signed up for the automatic ink program, which I think is brilliant, saving me tons of time and hassle ordering new cartridges. I also love that I can email a print job from anywhere, since I travel a lot for work. That a huge plus! I though the printer was extremely noisy until I realized there is a "quiet mode", and it's much better now, but I still wouldn't call it "quiet". It's a little clunky in the way it operates. We'll see how long it lasts. I'm spoiled that the 8600 lasted for 15 years. I think it's reasonable to expect about five years from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the past ten years, I have owned two HP Printers. One was a copy, fax and printer which really was nice when I was a Pre-K teacher. The next one I upgraded to get Wi-Fi, it was a scanner and printer. I loved both of my printers so much. When I saw this campaign I was so excited. This printer is a combination of my other two printers. HP has always been my favorite brand and I'm never disappointed with the quality of the product. This printer is the all in one and I'm so happy with this printer.
One complaint I have is, common with all my printers is the ink. The price for the ink with each one has been a big increase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this printer. It prints double sided and color printed pages pretty fast. Setup and use was simple and I enjoy the option of the instant ink. I of course signed up to try out the service and received my first batch of ink in less than two weeks from signing up. Accessing and adding the cartridges was simple. I had to use just a little force to put the last cartridge in but aside from that no problems. Connecting to my home wi-fi network was effortless. I am now able to print from my computer, tablet, and phone without too much work. I previously used an Epson All in one which this nice new printer has replaced. The interface is simple and uncomplicated. The only concern that I've had so far was with it going to sleep after initially setting it up. The printer made some odd beeps for about an hour in 15 minute intervals which alarmed me. That has since stopped. O love the overall look of this desk jet pro model. There is even a 35mm film slot for your negatives to print photos. No complicated attachments to print them. Hp covered the basic necessities with this printer while also making it an easy go to printer for my printing needs on a whim.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a replacement for the older all in one HP that failed. Like it, except for the "align printer" every time you turn it on. Although it has a "skip" button, but its another button/step to push. The paper try is very very flimsy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy setup (once I figured ouet what windows 10 was refering to). Almost no noise while printing. Appears that the ink is less expensive then my old machine (HP 8610). Overall I like this printer a lot.
