[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed to find that the shelf that the printouts come out on can not be lifted to a slanted position making access to the paper supply area easily accessible. In order to reinsert a document for back-side printing (I don't always find using the "print on both sides" what I want to do) I have to remove that shelf to get my document back in the paper tray. I would suggest giving attention to improving this.
