Great but Issues

First I am not able to install my printer on my desktop, I put in the 123XXXXX than on my desktop it says take me to the App? But I cannot download the app on a desktop. Than the ink goes really fast, like I printed out 100 pages and depleted the whole cartage. Than once I was able to connect it, it shows Printer Offline and I'm unable to troubleshoot with anyone at HP help desk. I can only print from my cell phone.
