I can not get it to print anything from my compute

The printer will nit print anything I send to it! The only thing that will print is the test pages - it will do nothing else, even with the up-grades available!

This is terrible! I am so sorry that this is happening to you.
If the printer prints the test pages the hardware is working. It must be the connection to the printer that is the problem.

I bought this printer about a month ago some time it prints most of the time it doesn't. When it does not print it will be connecting forever when it connects I hit print and it just sit there and does not print.
Pros: Affordable
