[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product one month ago and since then it has been working properly. It does the job really good without any issue at all. The printer guides you through the installation and it is very easy and quick to set it up and have it ready to start printing. I use it for my school work, print and scan. It scans a bunch of paper at the same time and you can also send your work to be printed to the printer's email and get it printed very quick. I do recommend the product.
