This printer is perfect for our home use. Scanning, Faxing, copying, printing, wireless. Everything we wanted. Easy to use, easy paper feed. Small size and contains everything needed. Very much reccommended
I purchased this HP 3830 printer because my HP8610 Office Jet had "Roller issues" and would not accept black ink cartridges, thus it would not print. The replacement HP Office-Jet 3830 jams frequently. The "paper tray" only holds unto 35 pages and is seeming to jam frequently. I may be returning it. I do not recommend buying this printer.
This is a great printer when it works. I have just spent the last hour trying to turn it on. It goes offline constantly. When you try to get it back on line it just turns off and will do nothing. l WORST PRINTER IN HISTORY
I am very unhappy with this printer. So far we have been unable to print pictures and only one document. Also do not understand this charging for additional prints. Sorry we bought this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needed replacement for my old HP, this had all the features I wanted printer, scan, copy plus some new things as well as wireless which was easy to get operating... so far performs well but only had a couple weeks, not a prolific printer user.
