I purchased an HP OJ3830 2 years ago, used it for 5 months while wintering in Arizona. Came back this last December 2019 and it was running OK. Then in February 2020 it started to skip every 6th line on a printed page. Tried a new set of #69 cartridges but it still skipped. Rather than learn another printer I purchased a 2nd one. NOY HAPPY!
