There was a paper jam error that would not go away and apparently this is a popular problem with this model as there were lots of videos and links online on how to repair it. It’s a shame because it was nice and compact and the touch screen was awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new All-In-One for a couple of weeks now, and have been putting it through it's various features. Set-up was a breeze on line, and the menu on the unit is easy to use as well. I have scanned to my computer, printed from the flatbed and the paper feeds, and printed several things from my computer as well. It's much lighter and easier to handle than my old one, and fits so much better on my computer desk. Pictures come out beautifully as well as printed material.

Printer I replaced lasted 8 years and failed due to printer cartridge jam which I couldn't fix even with support suggestions and would have been more expensive to repair than to replace. Disappointing but happy with replacement unit so far.
