[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 77 years old and was able to set it up on my own. I thought that i might need some costumer support how to set it up via Wi-Fi . I and to instruct me hoe to scan. All went just fine without costumer support. All the need to know gave me all the instructions i needed on the printer it self.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6830 died. I was led to belive that the 3830 would do the same thing. Wrong! No automatic dulex printing. Would love to return and upgrade to another 6830. that was a great machine. I can highly recommend the 6830.

I'm so glad I read the reviews before buying this printer. Someone said to use the CD that comes with the printer to set it up. I did and it saved me a lot of hair pulling. (I did try to set it up online first...didn't work.) My copies look really nice and Wi-Fi is working great.
