The technician was very helpful and tried to repair my printer but in the end I had to purchase a new one. Despite a little confusion, the printer arrived in a timely manner and I was able to complete the project on time.

The product seems okay, but the installation instruction is confusing. After physically connected to power, it instruct user to login to its website. It just prompt user to do something, but never explain what's for or why. If you missed some steps, you won't know and it doesn't work. Also, when I tried the scan feature, the paper stuck at the feeder. There is no reset button or clear button. Finally, I had to forcefully pulled the paper out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
