We bought this one to replace it because it was really the only affordable one. It works fine but no where as good as my previous printer. Hopefully this one will last more than two years,

Every time I try to print, I get a message that there's a paper jam. After checking all possible places for a jam and trying several more times, I will get it to print. Once. Then it's the same routine over and over.
