[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought HP Officejet 3830 just over a month ago and I was surprise that it is more compact, lighter and yet it has all the features of HP Officejet Pro 8710 plus it can print faster, quieter and can produce more prints.Another economizer is it only uses 2 cartridges, the black and the color cartrdiges. Thank you HP for another advance product from HP Officejets.

My phone and iPad can’t find this printer via WiFi. So annoying. I press the power button and nothing happened. I have to unplug this printer for it to restart and work again. Ugh horrible products.

This model was sent to me when it was determined that my hp 3700 series had a hardware problem. I was able to set it, but it would not print from my computer. The instruction sheet was confusing (well, to me anyway, I'm 84 years old) and hp wouldn't accept my user/password and didn't complete my effort to correct that. I would very much appreciate a telephone number to a real person to help me out.
