[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a $100.00+ copier, on sale for $70.00, it is rather noisy and has a "cluncky" noise to it. Am hoping it will do the job it was purchased for. Do not believe it's up to HP's normal standards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, it takes up less room than the one I had before. It took me a while to get used to using it. It has a different ink system, It prints fast, but it is a 2 step job to do double sided print.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old HP 2540 died and I chose the 3830 as a replacement. It's print quality is good and the small screen display & menu are functional. The only thing I am unable to find is how to set printer defaults, the two-sided print, in particular.
