The second day I had it it wouldn't turn on. After about 4 days it turned on. About a week later the paper started to jam. I am in the process of sending it back. I'm hoping if I order another it won't have anymore issues.
I bought this a month ago to replace another hp printer that just stopped working. I was so shocked at how cheap it was but after doing a fair bit of printing, I see why. It’s fine for odd jobs but I wouldn’t depend on it for professional applications. It doesn’t always print straight or scan straight and is pretty slow but you get what you pay for.
We bought this printer about 2 months ago to replace. 7525. It is really disappointing, not because of the manual double sided printing. Because it is slow-this was disclosed before we bought it. I get an error every couple pages. Sometimes it clears through the desktop app, sometimes I have to reset the router. It is troublesome. The ink cartriges are also badly placed for replacement, not to mention the additional expense of replacing all the colors when one runs out. The biggest problem is the constant errors. It is hard to get anything done.
