I bought this printer to replace my failing printer and I wanted one that would print from my mobile phone and computer without connecting the devices.
I have owned HP printers for many years with great success. Now that HP is offering Ink Cartridge replacement service and recycling of old cartridges, why would I switch to another brand.
Sadly, the HP OfficeJet 3930 is a poor imitation of a printer. First, it's made of very thin plastic parts that will likely break within a year or two. Second, it makes a lot of noise as it gets prepared to print and then prints. But worst of all -- and this is really my mistake so I'm telling you because....let the buyer beware.....it doesn't even print two sided! I mean, I thought ALL printers print two sided since about 30-40 years ago! The only way to make it print on two sides is to take the paper you printed on one side, put it back in the printer at the top and then have it print on the second side. This is archaic! It also sometimes sends 2-3 pieces of paper through rather than just one.
