the printer arrived in good condition and quickly after ordering. Set up was easy and it adapted to my computer and phone very easy. I am looking forward to having it meet my needs as I hoped. I only wish that there would have been some information about the Instant Ink option. I did not know about it and the supply of ink and ordered some additional ink cartridges that I ended up sending back. Overall a minor detail compared to the printer.

Nice looking, great price, but a week after installing it stopped printing in color. I went online to find a fix, downloaded it and can't access it because it needs an admin password. Nothing more annoying than password protection for something like a fix to a software problem. I HATE PASSWORDS.
Cons: More RAM, Smoother Mouse Pad

SO FAR I AM NOT IMPRESSED TOO DIFFICULT TO MANUEVER AND IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE AN UPGRADE FROM MY OFFICEJET 8620 MODEL!! AS I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL OF THE FEATURES THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS AND THAT IS IT WILL COPY AND PRINT. THE 2-SIDED FEATURE HAS TO BE MANUALLY MANIPULATED, THE FAX DOESN'T WORK, AT LEAST NOT FOR ME....
